At The Myka Lynn Corporation, we believe that software should provide you with choices that let you find the solution best tailored to your business’ needs. To that end, we have created the Myka Lynn Early Intervention Billing System (EIEBS) product family to better meet the needs of First Steps Providers and Agencies.

The EIEBS system is designed to augment and work with the EDS provided webInterchange system to provide a simple and seamless Billing System that will help our clients efficiently manage their First Steps business.   The EIEBS system is offered to clients bundled in a choice of two program subscriptions; User Administered and Billing Assistant.  The User Administered version of the EIEBS systems places in the hands of the user all the tools needed to enables them the ability to process all the tasks related to the management of, the billing of and the collection of First Steps Claims.

The Billing Assistant Subscription (BAS) provides clients the ultimate in business service.  Client that enroll in the BAS program delegate the billing process to the Myka Lynn staff of billing specialists.  Myka Lynn employees handle all facets of the billing process including locating and downloading authorizations, entering claims, maintaining the client database, submitting claims, applying payments, identifying denials and tracking Accounts Receivable.  Clients receive weekly reports on the status of their billing and receivables.  Myka Lynn staff works with the client to track and recover any denials.  Weekly time sheets are emailed to the client providing a simple time recording system that is returned to Myka Lynn for processing.  Why not join the legions of companies that realize administrative savings and improved efficiency by outsourcing key functions to the experts in the field.

Note: The EDS Corporation has been extremely helpful to the Myka Lynn staff and the webInterchange tool is an excellent tool for submitting single claims to EDS for payment.  The Myka Lynn system is for those that want to extend their capabilities, reduce their weekly time investment and gather management information from their billing process.  These are not competing products.  Myka Lynn is a billing management system designed to enhance the abilities provided by webInterchange.  Any comparisons below are not meant to be negative comments on EDS or webInterchange.  They are intended to demonstrate the enhancements and additional features provided by the Myka Lynn corporation.

Claims can be edited up to the time they are transmitted.

Batch totals are provided by provider/practitioner.

Once submitted, claims can be located by many different search criteria.

Not Applicable

TMLC has recently invested heavily in performance improvements and this has resulted in reporting speeds that are near instant.

Printing Claims

Users must print claims one at a time as they are entered.  No totals or summaries are provided.

TMLC users can print a batch edit at any time which lists all claims to be transmitted sorted by provider and client.  This can be used to compare against entry documents to insure complete entry.
