The Billing Assistant Subscription provides a complete back office billing service to those that want to free them selves from the task of entering and tracking billing information.  The Myka Lynn System Billing Assistant Service is for therapists and agencies that desire to outsource their billing activity to allow complete concentration on performing services.  For a very reasonable fee the Myka Lynn Corporation acts as your billing agent and performs all the detailed tasks involved in billing and reconciling your activities.

Imagine having the luxury of employing a highly trained billing assistant without the overhead of payroll, benefits, office space, etc. at a fraction of the price.  At Myka Lynn, we never call in sick or take vacations!

Billing Assistant customers enjoy hassle free billing and receive regular and automated communication outlining the status of their recent billing, current accounts receivable and new authorizations.  Clients can request regular reports be sent to them in almost any format.

The process is simple.  Myka Lynn handles all the billing chores.  The therapist or agency receives time sheets for each therapist every week for the following week. (These can be accessed from the web as well).  These time sheets are completed and returned to Myka Lynn via secure fax transmission (our fax line does not print faxes, it loads images of your fax into a secure computer server for review by authorized personnel only).  Myka Lynn submits your billing and you receive your check.  We work with you to resolve and resubmit any denials.

This is a subscription service.  Myka Lynn performs all of the actual billing entry and is responsible for maintaining the database and performing all billing tasks.  Myka Lynn provides excellent technical support via email and phone and this support is included in the pricing.  Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.  There are no hidden fees.
