The Myka Lynn service comes in two varieties and have many pricing levels all designed to allow you to get the most service for the least fee.  At Myka Lynn we do not look at these fees as an expense but rather as a fee that allows you to save a greater amount of money in time or improved accuracy and control.....

Billing Service Fees

The Myka Lynn Fee Structure is designed to be equitable for all size agencies as well as independent therapists and practitioners.  You can choose between set rate plans or volume based plans to maximize your individual situation.  Discounts are available for pre-payment of quarterly, semi-annual and annual agreements.  Monthly Direct Debit is also available and provides a generous discount.  Credit and Debit cards are also accepted.

All Myka Lynn services are billed in advance.  Some services require a startup deposit and are noted below.  There are no cancellation fees and pre-paid services are returned at a prorated basis.  To date this has not occurred at Myka Lynn.

The basic rate for the web based self directed service is $60 per month for an Independent that uses direct debit.

The agency fee is calculated based on usage and the fee falls as usage rises.  This is very helpful for agencies that employ full or part time providers.

The basic rate for the Billing Assistant Service is $90 per month for an Independent and $40 per month per provider for an agency of 5 providers or more.
